George Seremetis is the Director of Food & Beverage, overseeing the hotel’s culinary and beverage operations as it prepares for the September 2025 opening of Beast & Butterflies Downtown and the transition to M Social Hotel New York Downtown.

With over eight years of experience, George began his career with the José Andrés Group in Las Vegas and has held leadership roles in the Bahamas, New York, and most recently at M Social Times Square.
